Every sturdy building begins with a strong foundation. Our health needs a strong foundation as well.
In these 5 coaching sessions, we’ll explore the five basic things you need for life and health – breath, water, sleep, food, and joy. We’ll assess where you are and what you can do to improve each area, in order to build and maintain a strong foundation for health.
Ideally, home is a place of love, life, and healing. However, many houses need adjustments, whether small or large, to become and remain a healthy living space.
In these 3 coaching sessions, we’ll take inventory of your home and assess what’s already healthy and what needs improving. Then we’ll identify possible action steps in three areas – simple changes, larger changes, and the most important changes for a healthier home.
Individual sessions are available, if you would like to have a coaching session about a specific question or topic. You can purchase only one session instead of a package.
