You Know You’re An E.I. If…

Uncategorized

4 Oct

…you wash your new clothes at least 5 times before wearing them.
…you know the difference between the words “fragrance,” “scent,” “smell,” and “odor.”
…you still have a regular dial-tone phone that actually plugs into the wall.
…aluminum foil is your best friend.
…your kitchen cupboard contains more vitamins and supplements than dishes.
…you buy baking soda by the trunk-ful.
…you’re on a first-name basis with the clerks at the health food store.
…you understand the differences between a naturopath, herbalogist, osteopath, and chiropractor (because you’ve been to all of them at some point).
…you wear the same shoes for 7 years until they’ve literally fallen to pieces.
…you “decorate” your walls with shadow puppets. =)
…you know how to celebrate holidays without sugary foods.
…”flexible” is your middle name.
…you’re a champion at perseverance and endurance!
…you’ve learned to see beauty in the wilderness.
What about you? Feel free to add your own statement to this list. And keep on keeping on! =)
“May our Lord Jesus Christ Himself and God our Father, who loved us and by His grace gave us eternal encouragement and good hope, encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good deed and word.” 2 Thessalonians 2:16-17

…You go to the beach, not just for fun, but to breathe the clean, salt air.

…you leave the restaurant early because someone with strong perfume chose to sit near you.

…you stay off the roads when the school buses are on their route..

Air fresheners and fabric softeners are your worst enemies.

You contain a supplement encyclopedia inside your head and can rattle off to strangers on the street what to take for whatever is "ailing" them.

Prayer becomes a 24/7 normal thing and you can't even get out of bed without it! 🙂

You thank God every day you wake up, for "His Mercies are New Every Morning! AMEN!
